Emerald Hotel - Kremasti (Rhodes)

Friendly staff, relaxing pool, but had to deal with extra charges for air conditioning.

They gave us a king studio with a view of 12 ft high bushes. The staff were perfectly pleasant and very welcoming, ready to any request. The position of the hotel was marvellous and unbeatable, in general the area seems to be improving.

The location was perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Views of garden & bushes were good, the room was large and cool. The service provided there was terrific...

Emerald is great! The staff is friendly and quick to help. We enjoyed the clean and spacious room. We didn't have to fight for sunbeds by the pool. You can easily enjoy a walk on the beach nearby.

We appreciated everything, it was okay! The decoration is amazing. It is very close to the airport. Enjoyable base for city break in Kremasti.

Reception staff were efficient & very friendly/polite & professional; very nice facilities (pool/bar/etc); close to airport, yet not noisy; supermarket & restaurant/kareoke bar close by;

No WiFi (internet computers in lobby are pricey); main door to room is glass without a curtain, which is very bright in the morning; cannot control air con in room

Actually spacious pool area

The hotel is situated close to the beach (less than 300m). There is a supermarket, restaurant and car hire next door. The three swimming pools were clean and in very good conditions. The food in the restaurant was very good and with great variation. There is only 100 m to the bus stop going to Rhodes town or the airport.

The bed was to hard for me. Air planes approaching the airport comes right over the hotel but after a while you get used.

The large rooms were perfect for our family of four, and we never had to fight for sunbeds, a nice change from our previous experiences.

My kids wished the bathroom facilities were cleaner.

The three pools are impeccably maintained and perfect for families, offering ample space to unwind without fighting for sunbeds. Rooms feature basic kitchen facilities, including a fridge and coffee machine.

Air conditioning is an extra cost, which feels a bit frustrating for a hotel of this caliber. It would make more sense to include it in the room price. The beach nearby has seen better days, with litter and rocky entry points that detract from a relaxing swim. Expect low-flying planes overhead. While they provide some interesting views, the noise might disrupt your peace and quiet at times.

The air conditioning was an extra cost, what an absoluteley ridiculous situation. The limited kitchen equipment was shocking for a place claiming to be modern. I almost considered leaving a nice review but just couldn't. A complimentary gesture woudl ve been lovely, but who am I kidding? Theres no sense of service here.

The pool area is super clean and offers multiple sunbeds. The friendly, attentive staff regularly provide service.

Consider adding more shaded areas around pools.

We loved the spacious rooms and the relaxing pool area! Clean and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring 😍. One downside was the extra charge for air conditioning, which felt a bit frustrating.
